Playhouse Build Quality
Elegant Playhouses are built to incredibly high-standards using top-quality materials.
Here are just a few factors you should consider when choosing your playhouse.
- Build: These are not kits. Each house is built to the same quality you'd expect in a full-sized house.
- Size: You don't want to outgrow your luxury playhouse too quickly, so we build for growth.
Our playhouses are usually designed to accomodate children between 5-14 years old.
Our ceilings are typically vaulted to 8' height for easy access and standing room.
- Walls: We include a full-finish drywall and interior fixtures. No splinters. No exposed wiring.
- Floor: These are usually professionally finished with a hardwood floor covering.
- Roof: You choose your roof type (e.g. slate, clay tile, fully insulated) just like a regular home.
- Interior: Include your choice of interior fixtures such as window seats, fireplace, built-in bookshelves,
hideaway beds, kitchen, etc.
- Amenities: This is a true miniature house. You can include electricity, running water, air-conditioning, etc.
